This role is critical to supporting the long\-term performance and reliability of our existing products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish across global teams. About Your Role:* Investigate returned materials to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Follow the RMA process, including analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of RMA items. * Work with the quality team with 8D reporting when necessary. * Analyse RMA trends and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve product reliability. * Manage component and material lifecycle, including tracking obsolescence and identifying alternatives. * Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to ensure component availability and compliance. * Identify and implement design changes that reduce product cost and improve performance. * Support prototype builds, troubleshooting, and iterative design improvements. * Update design documentation, specifications, and test plans to reflect engineering changes. * Participate in design reviews and contribute to sustaining engineering decisions. About You: * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related engineering field. * 2\+ years of experience in sustaining, manufacturing, or product support engineering. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Experience with failure analysis, component sourcing, and design validation. * Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). * Ability to work collaboratively across departments and international teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with ERP systems and component lifecycle management tools. * Knowledge of PCB design and electrical troubleshooting. * Exposure to regulatory standards (UL, CE, etc.). * Scripting experience (Python preferred). — , . \#LI\-KRL
