This position requires attention to detail and basic knowledge of transportation-sector processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Issue and stamp CFDI invoices. * Record freight, handling, and storage services. * Review and validate information in the **Carta Porte complement**. * Monitor customer accounts receivable and follow up on payments. * Perform reconciliations and collections reporting. * Resolve customer inquiries regarding amounts or services. * Maintain orderly files and documentation. **Requirements** * Experience in billing or collections (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of CFDI, payment methods, and SAT portals. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or warehousing (preferred). * Organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Clear communication. * Ability to work under pressure and meet closing deadlines. * Responsibility and organization. **Benefits** * Base salary + statutory benefits. * Job stability and opportunities for growth. * Training on Carta Porte and auto transport processes. * Professional work environment.
