




**Job Description:** Request:* Fluent English * Flexible to support during weekends or on\-call support. * Self\-Driven and Motivated. * Experience around 4\-6 years minimum. Technical Expertise: \-\>* 1\. Operating Systems: Proficiency in all or any Linux/Unix/Windows environments. 2\. Scripting: Basic knowledge of Shell/Python/PowerShell for automation and log analysis. 3\. Database: Ability to write and debug SQL queries, understanding of RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, Sybase or PostgreSQL. 4\. Monitoring Tools: Familiarity with any tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Pagerduty, WatchTower, Checknanny or AppDynamics. 5\. Ticketing Systems: Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy for incident and change management. 6\. Networking Basics: Understanding of DNS, IP, firewalls, load balancers, ports etc. Willing to work under pressure: \-\>* Experience of working in a global team. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organization and coordination skills. * Strong problem\-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on\-the\-job. * Self\-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight. * Works well in a dynamic, fast paced environment. * Experience in financial services is plus. * Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus. **Note: This position requires to go to the office, minimum 2 or 3 times** **Office is in Mexico City and people around there can be consider like Estado de Mexico or Toluca**
