In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in all aspects related to employee compensation. Your ability to work with precision and your attention to detail will be essential to maintain employee satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Your responsibilities will include preparing and distributing payrolls, managing time records, and overseeing salary adjustments. Additionally, you will collaborate with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure proper implementation of payroll policies and compliance with current labor regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for any payroll-related inquiries and are expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. Previous experience in payroll management is required, along with solid knowledge of labor regulations and excellent proficiency in payroll systems. Furthermore, effective communication skills and the ability to work proactively and in an organized manner are expected.
