Our offer includes: * **Compensation**: MXN 90,000–100,000 per month, tax-free \+ variable pay (Service provision model) * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location**: Hybrid and offices in Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc borough **What Are We Looking For?** * 5–8 years of experience as: Solutions Consultant, Product Director, Product Leader, Product Manager, or Product Manager * Experience and **Cross-Functional Influence**: Stakeholder management (banks, processors, regulators). **Executive Leadership**: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (engineers, UX, business). * 3+ years in design, development, strategy, and implementation of payment methods such as: **Payment Processors/Acquirers**: Stripe, Adyen, Global Payments, BBVA, Mercado Pago, Conekta, Openpay, Clip, Kushki, Fiserv. **Financial Platforms/Fintechs**: Stori, Nu México, Qonto, Tala, Broxel. POS (Point of Sale), Switching, Aggregators, Wallets, or Consumer Crypto/Fintech. * **Emerging Technologies**: Experience in Blockchain, AI applied to payments, or security/fraud is a plus. * 5–8 years in the **Payments Ecosystem**: Deep expertise in acquiring, issuing, payment gateways, card networks (Visa/Mastercard), and switching systems. Understanding of CNBV, BANXICO (SPEI/SPID), and local electronic payment regulations. * Minimum 3 years managing the full product lifecycle (roadmap, prioritization, MVP), with emphasis on scalability.
