Develop, coordinate, and supervise architectural projects for the construction company, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, regulatory compliance, and on-time and on-budget execution. Main Responsibilities * Develop architectural projects from conceptual stage through to execution. * Design and present blueprints, renders, and technical specifications. * Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure proper project implementation. * Manage permits, licenses, and procedures with authorities. * Supervise construction and verify compliance with plans and material quality. * Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, and construction solutions. * Optimize processes and propose improvements in design and sustainability. Requirements * Completed bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project development (preferably in construction companies or architectural firms). * Proficiency in design and drafting software: **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar.** * Knowledge of building regulations, urban planning, and sustainability standards. * Ability to interpret technical and structural drawings. * Experience in budgeting and construction cost estimation is desirable.
