**We are hiring a "Warehouse Assistant"** We are a wine and liquor distributor focused on distribution, points of sale, and consumption centers. ***Requirements:*** * Age: 25 \- 40 years old * Education: Completed secondary school * Availability to work flexible hours * Experience in loading, unloading, and arranging merchandise / fragile items * Desirable experience operating sit-down forklifts ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform loading, unloading, arranging, and stacking of products at the CEDIS (Distribution Center). * Receive, inspect, and verify products against invoices or purchase orders, ensuring correct quantities and specifications. * Arrange merchandise following the FIFO method and warehouse layout. * Prepare and assemble orders accurately and on time, packaging according to specifications. * Assist with loading and unloading transport vehicles and inspecting shipments. * Participate in physical and cycle inventories, submitting reports to immediate supervisor. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the CEDIS in accordance with the 5S methodology (including general cleaning and waste removal). * Identify and report damaged products or any risks within the warehouse. * Know and identify products and their variations. * Propose improvements to optimize warehouse operations and processes. ***We offer:*** * Base salary: $10,595 MXN (tax-free) * Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm / 30-minute lunch break *For permanent employees:* * Bonus: $3,000 MXN * School supplies support * Life insurance * Company-subsidized cafeteria * Profit-sharing **Interested candidates must answer the screening questions to avoid disqualification.** Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,595.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * Have you operated forklifts?
