Leading export footwear manufacturing company is seeking: **Position:** Machine Programmer **Department:** Footwear Design and Development **Job Objective:** Program machinery for sample and confirmation production, facilitate or improve the quality and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review technical sheets and materials for new developments. * Request dies and molds for new developments. * Design models using laser machines, Orisol, flashCUT, CNC, Router. * Implement approved designs into production lines. * Program laser machines, Orisol, flashCUT, CNC, Router. * Create molds for marking, frames, or production molds. * Produce bases for dies. * Repair or modify dies. * Provide technical support to production lines. * Other duties as assigned. **Preferred Candidate Profile:** **Education:** Technical high school diploma, industrial maintenance, design, or related field. **Specialty:** Footwear design. **Experience:** 3 years in a similar position involving design, modeling, and pattern making. **Technical Knowledge:** Development and creation of new footwear designs, knowledge of models and materials. Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Wilcom, Roman's cad, Rhinoceros 3D, Orimil Orisol, DFX Converter.
