Job Summary:
Cargo Service is seeking a Monitoring Supervisor to supervise vehicles in real time, coordinate incident response, and maintain communication with drivers and customers.

Required Knowledge:
* GPS and satellite tracking platforms.
* Highway safety protocols.
* Waybills and transportation documentation.
* National routes and land logistics.
* Incident management and response.
* Intermediate Excel skills.
* Operational performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
* Supervise real-time vehicle monitoring via GPS platforms.
* Verify compliance with authorized routes, transit times, and permitted stops.
* Coordinate immediate response to operational incidents, including theft, route deviations, accidents, or mechanical failures.
* Track vehicles that are stopped or triggering security alerts.
* Validate compliance with safety and response protocols.
* Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers.
* Prepare daily reports on incidents, trip status, and productivity.
* Coordinate shift handovers and coverage for monitoring staff.
* Ensure logbooks and operational records are up to date.
* Supervise adherence to loading and unloading appointments.
Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month
