We are seeking a supervisor for the industrial dining hall within the General Directorate of Social Reintegration for Adolescents; it is essential to have personal transportation or no issues with commuting. **Job Objective** Supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial dining hall within the correctional facility, guaranteeing compliance with established menus, hygiene standards, input control, operational discipline, and institutional security guidelines, thereby providing timely, sufficient, and high-quality food service. **Operational Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise food preparation, distribution, and service in accordance with authorized menus. * Verify portion sizes, presentation, and food quality. * Ensure adherence to service schedules established by the correctional authority. * Coordinate operational staff to ensure proper execution of daily activities. * Resolve operational incidents occurring during service. **Control and Administration** * Monitor appropriate use of supplies, raw materials, and utensils. * Supervise daily inventories and report losses, shortages, or deviations. * Support supply receipt processes and verify quantities and quality. * Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and service compliance reports. **Hygiene and Quality** * Verify compliance with NOM-251-SSA1-2009 and internal hygiene guidelines. * Supervise proper use of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and sanitary practices. * Ensure cleaning and disinfection of areas, equipment, and utensils. * Implement corrective actions in response to sanitary deviations. **Security and Regulatory Compliance** * Comply with and enforce the correctional facility’s security protocols. * Control staff access to the dining hall area. * Report behaviors, risks, or incidents compromising security. * Ensure safekeeping and control of kitchen tools and utensils. **Human Capital** * Supervise staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline. * Train staff on operational procedures, hygiene, and safety. * Apply corrective measures in accordance with internal policies. * Promote teamwork and respect for institutional regulations.
