The main responsibilities include: personnel management, leadership, proactivity, attendance tracking and payroll preparation, packaging, customer service, cash reconciliation, deposit of funds, merchandise arrangement, store opening and closing, maintaining a clean workplace, etc. Requirements: Education: Minimum completed high school diploma Intermediate-level mathematics Experience handling funds At least 1.5 years of verifiable experience as a Store Manager Strong cash-handling skills Incident and reporting management Knowledge of inventory and vendor relations We offer: Statutory benefits Meal break: 1 hour Monday–Saturday; 30 minutes on Sunday Uniforms provided Weekly payments (no pay-in-advance week) Weekly grocery vouchers: 200.00 Training opportunities Flexible schedules Opportunity for growth 100% IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions Schedule and rest days are rotated according to store needs.
