At Dintux we are looking for an Internal Welding Quality Technician Education: Completed TSU, high school or related. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm Age: 22 years and older * Knowledge or skills: * Welding symbols * Drawing interpretation * AWS D1.1 Code * Welding processes * Non-destructive and destructive testing. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with quality standards at each stage of the process (welding, laser cutting, bending, assembly, etc.). * Inspection and verification of welds (visual inspection, use of measuring instruments, and application of destructive tests) * Release of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Preparation of quality reports, inspection records, and traceability documentation * Review of WPS and PQR * Identify process deviations and propose immediate corrective actions. * Train new personnel on specific processes and reinforce correct practices with current team members. * Use of measuring instruments: digital caliper, micrometer, tape measure, weld gauge, angle gauge, etc. * Control, record, and quarantine non-conforming materials * Promote, practice, and serve as a role model for 5S * Provide necessary support to departments to improve quality Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
