We are looking for a **Sales Trainer** with experience in commercial training, responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring sales training programs. The position aims to strengthen the sales team’s skills, product knowledge, improve performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives. We seek a person with strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented skills. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Education, Communication, Learning and Development (graduated and/or in the process of graduation) * Fluent English (mandatory) * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a corporate trainer or professional sales trainer, working with performance-based sales training teams * Knowledge of the retail sales environment and facilitation experience required * Experience leading remote trainings * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign and/or other graphic design software * High energy, instructional design skills, excellent presentation skills, and audience management skills **Key responsibilities:** * Plans, delivers, coordinates, and implements a comprehensive training program for all sales teams * Presents at large-scale regional and corporate events * Facilitates group trainings and training team meetings •Provides translation support according to each country’s specific content needs * Develops training programs on product, sales processes, retail business knowledge, and leadership development * Provides individual coaching to field team members on sales development We offer: Statutory and above-statutory benefits If interested, please submit your CV in English through this channel Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
