Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Support professional to resolve incidents and technical fault requests on-site, ensuring timely handling and closure of reports. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training as a Field Engineer. **Compusof México** We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in **Tampico.** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in computing, systems, or equivalent in a related field * Experience as a Field Engineer/Technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic) * Structured cabling (desirable) * Configuration of Routers, Switches, and Network Switches.\* **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose faults reported by customers. * Replace parts, track incidents, handle and close reports. * 100% FIELD WORK **Job Responsibilities:** Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical fault requests raised by users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. **We Offer:** * Training as a Field Engineer * Continuous training. * Statutory benefits * Per diems **Work Arrangement:** 100% On-site field work Coverage of locations outside the employee's city of residence.
