We are seeking a professional passionate about continuous improvement and internal control, who will ensure the proper implementation, evaluation, and strengthening of credit processes across the entire value chain — from origination to administration — guaranteeing compliance with current internal and external regulations. Your key responsibilities: * **Supervise, together with the Internal Audit Directorate**, credit processes — from origination through administration. * **Design, implement, and monitor internal controls** to ensure operational efficiency and security. * **Strengthen business-line processes**, ensuring compliance and alignment with internal and external regulations. * **Prepare reports and presentations** for senior management and committees on findings, weaknesses, and corrective actions related to credit. * **Develop fraud prevention and response strategies**, minimizing their impact. * **Conduct internal control reviews** to ensure regulatory compliance across the organization. * **Respond to and support regulators, funders, rating agencies, and external auditors** during their reviews or audits. What do you need? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Accounting, or Finance (degree completed). **Preferred qualifications:** Master’s degree and/or certification in AML and/or Compliance. **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English. **Work modality:** Hybrid (3 days in office). **Experience:** 2–3 years in internal control focused on credit (origination and administration). **Knowledge:** Banking laws and regulations, internal control, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
