Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of plastic injection machines and performing preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee process continuity and product quality. Quality control and correction of product deviations **Job Objective** Ensure the efficient operation of plastic injection machines, as well as perform preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee the continuity of the production process and product quality. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust plastic injection machines. * Efficiently perform mold changes (setup). * Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, timing). * Perform preventive maintenance on machines and peripheral equipment. * Diagnose and carry out corrective maintenance (mechanical and basic electrical failures). * Lubrication, cleaning, and verification of equipment. * Detect mold failures and route them for repair. * Reduce downtime through immediate intervention. * Control product quality and correct deviations. * Complete production and maintenance reports. * Comply with industrial safety standards. Requirements * Education: Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Plastics, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 4 years in plastic injection and industrial maintenance. * Injection molding machines (Haitian, Engel, Arburg, etc.) * Basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Types of plastic resins * Desired: Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
