Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to design, implement, control, and optimize production processes through continuous improvement to ensure efficiency and quality. OBJECTIVE: To design, implement, control, and optimize the company’s production processes using continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring operational efficiency, cost reduction, product quality, and compliance with production and safety standards. WE ARE SEEKING: PROCESS ENGINEER LOCATION: * San Nicolas Tolentino Santin WORK SCHEDULE / SHIFT OPTIONS * SHIFT 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * SHIFT 2: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Availability for weekends (if required) REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field * Experience in process engineering SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and improve production processes to increase productivity. * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose operational enhancements. * Design flowcharts, work instructions, and procedures. * Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. * Reduce waste, downtime, and operational costs. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct time and motion studies. * Coordinate implementation of new processes, products, or production lines. * Track corrective and preventive actions. * Validate process capability and line balancing. * Coordinate engineering trials and technical improvements. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Train operational staff on new processes. * Collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
