Unlike traditional agencies, you will join our corporate team directly, tasked with safeguarding our facilities, controlling personnel and cargo access, and ensuring a protected and orderly work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * **Strict Access Control:** Comprehensive logging of entry and exit for staff, visitors, suppliers, and packages/cargo. * **Facility Opening and Closing:** Timely execution of building startup, shutdown, locking, and alarm protocols. * **Preventive Patrols:** Regular rounds inside and outside the perimeter to detect and report anomalies or risk conditions. * **Digital Reporting:** Capturing photographic evidence and submitting daily real-time reports via corporate mobile phone. * **Reception and Service:** Receiving courier deliveries and routing them to respective departments with professional and respectful conduct. IDEAL PROFILE * **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years as an Intramural Security Guard (stable employment references required; applicants with high turnover history are discouraged). * **Digital Competency:** Proficient use of smartphones (WhatsApp, camera, basic reporting apps). * **Behavioral Attributes:** Impeccable punctuality, firm yet courteous demeanor, and strict adherence to regulations and procedural manuals. REQUIREMENTS * **Technical/Operational:** Experience in inventory control or cargo reception (desirable), knowledge of civil protection protocols or first aid (a plus). * **Documentation:** Valid official documents and letters of recommendation from previous employers. * **Availability:** Monday to Saturday schedule on a 12x12 operational shift.
