We seek a methodical individual capable of providing attentive customer service, with strong organizational skills and time management abilities to carry out established processes in the warranty department and provide technical support. ***Join our great team as a “Warranty Technician”.*** **Requirements:** · Education: Technological high school diploma, Electronics Technician, or Electrical Technician. · Experience: Minimum one year diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment at component level (audio). **Responsibilities:** · Fault identification: Receiving equipment (speakers, amplifiers, speaker cabinets) and performing visual and functional analysis. · Testing and measurement of transmitters; component-level analysis: Accurately determining which electronic component is defective. · Soldering of electronic circuit boards, component-level repair, performance testing. · Verifying with instruments that electrical values fall within the safe operating range. · Multimedia documentation: Capturing digital evidence and recording the final condition of the equipment for technical support. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Salary: $10,000 gross, paid biweekly. * Monthly performance bonus: $3,000. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (depending on branch). * Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Fixed rest day: Sundays. * Message us at: \*5\*5\*4\*4\*6\*4\*3\*0\*0\*4\* Work location: Cuauhtémoc delegation.
