




Executive Chef – *Petit Aitana* **South Zone** **Position Objective** Plan, direct and supervise the culinary operations of Petit Aitana restaurant, ensuring **gastronomic quality**, compliance with **hygiene and food safety regulations**, cost control, and a satisfactory experience for patients, companions and staff, aligned with Hospitales Star Médica standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and collaborative work. * Guarantee proper food preparation, presentation and quality. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and current health regulations. * Design, standardize and update menus according to institutional guidelines. * Control costs, inventories, waste and kitchen department budgets. * Supervise appropriate use of supplies, equipment and facilities. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs, quality and operations. * Coordinate staff schedules, roles and evaluations in the kitchen. * Address and follow up on incidents or complaints related to food and service. * Propose continuous improvements in processes, recipes and culinary operations. * Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and administrative departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy or related field (**degree and professional license mandatory**). * Minimum **3 years’ experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef**, preferably in high-volume restaurants or institutional dining facilities. * Solid knowledge of cost control, inventory management and recipe standardization. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Experience in leadership and managing kitchen teams. * Results-oriented mindset with strong focus on quality. * Excellent service attitude. * Flexible availability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary (to be detailed during interview). * Statutory benefits. * Productivity bonus. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Discounts at Hospitales Star Médica and corporate partnership benefits. * Training and professional development programs.
