The primary role will be to design, develop, and maintain a robust and scalable digital platform for the program. The developer will integrate into the team to build technological solutions that facilitate user interaction with our program's services. They must ensure code quality, optimize performance, and actively collaborate with the team using Scrum methodology to achieve project goals. This role is crucial in translating our philosophy into practical functionalities and a seamless user experience, ensuring technology serves as a key enabler for the program’s success. **In this role, your impact will be:** * Develop and deliver assigned sprint features, ensuring clean, readable, and well-documented code. * Contribute to the continuous optimization of the platform, achieving significant improvements in performance, loading speed, and stability on both front\-end and back\-end. * Efficiently and proactively resolve bugs and technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of the platform. * Implement coding best practices (good practices, code reviews) to maintain long-term project integrity and scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and build robust and efficient APIs for communication between front\-end and back\-end. * Develop interactive front\-end components and exceptional user experiences using relevant technologies. * Maintain and optimize the existing platform, ensuring its scalability, security, and performance. * Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the rest of the team to define requirements and technical solutions. * Conduct code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical growth. * Proactively and efficiently troubleshoot problems and bugs. * Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), contributing ideas, identifying risks, and improving team processes. · Strengthen team culture by demonstrating values of humility, openness, flexibility, joy, optimism, and perseverance in daily work. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. ● Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in combined Back\-end and Front\-end roles.
