




*Major financial services company is seeking:* **TRAINER** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources or related field * Experience managing groups * Age 25 to 50 * Gender indifferent ***RESPONSIBILITIES*** * Develop and manage various training and development programs in soft and technical skills across the organization. * Support the implementation and execution of OKRs within the organization. * Develop and manage the onboarding program, ensuring a unique initial experience for administrative staff. * Manage and secure materials and venues for organizational training programs and workshops. * Contact and negotiate with specific vendors for development programs and training projects. * Collect metrics from programs and projects to identify next steps and consolidate employee training. * Consolidate and record the training department's budget. * Assist in organizing and executing various organizational events. * Manage training platforms and their dissemination throughout the organization. * Ensure compliance with NOM-035.
