Technical Knowledge* Design and development of advanced manufacturing processes for new products or improvements to existing ones. * Analysis and optimization of workflows, plant layouts, and workstations. * Selection and installation of machinery and equipment. * Preparation of technical documentation: work instructions, process sheets, FMEA, control plans. * Application of problem\-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma and 8D. * Development of fixtures and tooling for new product manufacturing using CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, AutoCAD). * Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Strategic planning to ensure KPI achievement. * Advanced English proficiency.
