




**Description** A company in the retail–consumer sector is seeking a professional with extensive experience in administrative and financial areas to lead process optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen the business's financial health. The position will play a strategic role in standardization, digitalization, and comprehensive control of the department. **Responsibilities** * Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. * Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury processes. * Supervise general accounting, tax compliance, and internal/external audits. * Implement and strengthen internal controls and administrative processes. * Coordinate digital transformation and automation initiatives. * Lead teams in areas such as controller, treasury, financial planning, general administration, payroll, and systems. * Prepare strategic reports for decision-making. * Maintain relationships with financial institutions, tax authorities, external firms, and technology providers. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. * Graduate degree in Finance or MBA preferred. * Minimum **10 years of experience** in financial/administrative roles. * Minimum **5 years leading teams** or managing financial departments in retail or consumer goods companies. * Solid knowledge in corporate finance, profitability analysis, working capital, and financial structuring. * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Proven experience in process digitalization and automation. **Key Skills** * Strategic leadership and comprehensive business vision. * Analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
