




**Job Objective:** Ensure the accurate, timely, and up-to-date entry of information related to products, prices, suppliers, and purchase orders for footwear and textile lines, supporting the purchasing department in decision-making and maintaining reliable databases. **Main Responsibilities:** * Enter and update product data (models, sizes, colors, codes, prices, and descriptions) into internal systems. * Record and validate supplier quotations, purchase prices, and commercial terms. * Assist in preparing price comparisons and market analysis. * Maintain updated product and supplier catalogs. * Review and correct inconsistencies in system-entered information. * Support the purchasing department in preparing reports, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. * Classify, organize, and archive documentation related to purchases, pricing, and contracts. * Coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams to verify stock data and product updates. * Participate in internal information audits and document control processes. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in data entry, purchasing, or inventory administration (preferably in the footwear or textile sector). **Skills:** * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, formulas, filters, lookups, and validations). * Experience with management systems or ERP. * Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and price analysis.
