Discovery Talent Acquisition Operations team! As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations. **Your Role Accountabilities…** * Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include high volume video and on\-site interviews, complex multilayered scheduling and the facilitation of travel arrangements. * Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing. * Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents and other projects as needed. **Qualifications \& Experience…** * High school diploma * Experience multi\-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high\-volume environment * Previous experience working collectively with a team * Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French highly preferred * Willingness to work on Mexican holidays to ensure alignment with U.S. business operations **How We Get Things Done…** This last bit is probably the most important!
