**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Supervisor manages their area, overseeing personnel, material movements, and operations to ensure compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Essential Functions:** * Coordinate material supply to meet weekly production schedules. * Manage timely procurement of sugar, glucose, high-fructose corn syrup, liquid sugar, and invert sugar. * Organize return of excess and obsolete materials to the distribution center. * Supervise accurate documentation of receipt, storage, and shipment of raw materials, products, and equipment. * Maintain and manage computerized systems for inventory control and supplier payments. * Maintain effective and continuous communication with suppliers and their requisitioners, as well as with warehouse staff in Juárez and the El Paso warehouse. * Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and warehouse personnel. * Ensure staff comply with FIFO usage. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in a related field is mandatory. * 5 years of warehouse experience.
