




A company providing intramural security and protection services is seeking an Operational Supervisor. **Requirements** * Age: 30 years or older * Academic level: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor's degree. * Training in security and personnel management (desirable). * Valid driver's license (manual transmission). * No scheduling conflicts. **Responsibilities** · Ensure personnel are aware of operational directives corresponding to the service they perform. · Review route plan and information report on incidents, supervision report, and inspection of the vehicle used during the previous shift. · Verify and ensure full coverage by required personnel at each checkpoint along the supervision route. · Ensure operational personnel wear complete uniforms and safety equipment, verified via checklist. · Provide basic training to personnel regarding performance of their duties. · Implement actions to reduce staff turnover. · Supervise operational personnel activities during service delivery. · Promptly and properly report personnel incidents to the immediate supervisor. · Report site-specific requirements. · Address any issues arising during the supervision route and analyze root causes to prevent recurrence. · Prepare information report on incidents, supervision report, and vehicle inspection upon shift closure. · Generate reports required by the client. · Support operational activities assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer** Statutory benefits Training and ongoing professional development in the field Position type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: Onsite employment
