




* SMT Technician with minimum 3 years of experience * Preventive and corrective maintenance of SMT equipment and machines on ASSEMBLEON, PANASONIC, and YAMAHA platforms. * Knowledge of reflow process * Knowledge of solder paste printing process * Reflow ovens, automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment, solder paste inspection (SPI) equipment, conveyor systems (belt or chain type). RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains SMT equipment and machinery in optimal operating condition to ensure maximum efficiency and extended service life. Resolves any technical issues related to this equipment and provides support throughout the entire SMT process—from solder paste printing to reflow. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance according to the established maintenance schedule. Implements any required modifications or new projects within the SMT process. Ensures equipment operates in compliance with company standards for both performance and safety; reports any non-compliance to the supervisor. Provides technical support to SMT operational staff by repairing machine failures or resolving process-related issues. Inspects products during production, including first-article inspection. Monitors reflow oven performance and executes temperature profiling as scheduled. Conducts visual inspection of solder joints and verifies against IPC standards at the start and mid-shift. Reviews process parameters from the printer through to the reflow oven.
