Daily supervision and control Coordinate work: Direct and coordinate personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out as planned. Monitor progress: Supervise physical progress and finishes, ensuring schedules and deadlines are met. Verify quality: Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications. Manage resources: Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to optimize efficiency. Maintain site log: Record daily events, decisions, and progress in the site notebook. Safety and risk management Ensure safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols and use of protective equipment to prevent accidents.
