




Job Summary: Coordinates and supervises traffic operations, ensuring proper unit assignment, maintenance, documentation, corporate image compliance, and adherence to protocols by operators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of traffic operations and unit assignment. 2. Supervision of unit maintenance and documentation. 3. Management of operational staff and customer service. Coordinate the company's traffic operations, ensuring timely unit assignment according to customer needs and verifying that units have all required preventive maintenance services, valid documentation, and mandated corporate image standards; also supervise that assigned operators comply with all safety measures and shift-start protocols. · Conduct daily inspections to ensure all operating units meet corporate image requirements and that their documentation and tools are fully complete and satisfactory. · Promptly address customer needs by holding periodic meetings to gather feedback on the service provided. · Conduct meetings with assigned operators to deliver safety talks and/or recommendations, and inform them of company policies. · Negotiate with community representatives to ensure uninterrupted unit operations and minimize service disruptions. Authorize, in coordination with unit operators, the entry of units into the Mechanical Workshop for preventive and/or corrective maintenance services. Timely request the Mechanical Workshop Supervisor to process external service orders for units experiencing failures or malfunctions. · Promptly address customer requests for special units by coordinating and controlling equipment based on unit positioning and actual availability. · Supervise and ensure that assigned personnel (operators) participate in courses and training relevant to their competencies. Salary: $15,000.00 - $15,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
