Requirements: * Process design and implementation of new processes * Propose and plan strategies to achieve results * Teamwork and building effective teams * Serve as a role model and contribute to developing an organizational culture that promotes an optimal work environment * Lead teams with a shared vision and foster skill growth * Implement continuous improvement * Knowledge of Core Tools * Knowledge of lean manufacturing * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD * Knowledge of time studies, takt time, downtime, etc. * Familiarity with industrial woodworking machinery * Familiarity with metal bending machines, laser metal cutters, etc. * Customer complaint follow-up * Quality inspections * Process inspections * Valid visa * Valid driver's license * Standard vehicle operation * English proficiency: 100% * Flexible availability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
