Position Summary: Strategic management of local, national, and international procurement to ensure timely supply while optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive coordination and supervision of the procurement process. 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers and supply chain management. 3. Team leadership and supplier development. **Position Objective:** Ensure timely supply of materials, supplies, and services required for operations through proper management of local, national, and international procurement, optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the procurement process * Generate and authorize purchase orders * Negotiate with suppliers (price, delivery times, terms) * Track orders through to delivery * Collaborate with warehouse for inventory control * Coordinate urgent and planned purchases * Supervise import processes (in coordination with responsible party) * Evaluate and develop suppliers * Ensure on-time delivery performance * Control costs and identify savings opportunities * Validate purchase requisitions * Manage supplier-related incidents * Supervise the procurement team Required Knowledge * Procurement processes (local, national, and international) * Supplier negotiation * Purchase order management * Inventory control (basic/intermediate) * Logistics and supply chain * Import procedures (Incoterms, timelines, documentation) * ERP system experience (preferred) * Intermediate Excel (tables, tracking, analysis) Preferred: * Knowledge of industrial materials (steel, aluminum, tools, etc.) Education * Bachelor’s degree in: * Industrial Engineering * Business Administration * International Trade * Logistics or related field Experience * 3–5 years in procurement * Experience in supplier negotiation * Experience in international procurement * Personnel management experience (minimum 2–3 people) Salary: Starting at $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Free parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
