RESPONSABILITIES:
* Quote, Contracts, commodity Bids, quote negotiations and first level of MRO and Service order approvals.

* Follow up on material/services deliveries with suppliers.
* Support on the supplier selection and evaluation process along with Quality Assurance department.
* Provide assistance to accounts payable with research for open invoices.
* Develop and maintain professional, productive higher\-level relationships with supply base, BD BOC JUAREZ staff and facility personnel.
* Troubleshoot and mediate to resolution facility and supplier issues, concerns, or disputes to ensure a suitable outcome is achieved protecting BD BOC JUAREZ interests and supplier relationships.
* Provide support to other Purchasing team members as necessary.
* Additional projects and activities as required by Purchasing Manager/Supervisor.
* Analyze spend and develop year savings plan.
