**Job Title: Payroll accounting analyst** **Main goals:** Perform precise and timely accounting records, complying with fiscal regulations and established internal controls. Provide high\-standard customer service while achieving high levels of efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with **MxGAAP** and **US GAAP**. * Ensure all financial activities adhere to **SOX** (Sarbanes\-Oxley) requirements and internal control standards. * Prepare and review tax compliance according to local laws (**LISR, LFT, LSS**). * Utilize financial systems for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis. * Support month\-end and year\-end closing processes with high accuracy. **To be successful in the role you need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. * 2\+ years in a similar accounting role (ideally in a manufacturing or multinational environment). * Strong understanding of Mexican tax laws and international accounting standards. * Advanced **MS Office** (especially Excel). * Hands\-on experience with ERP/Financial systems: **SAP, QAD, PLEX, BPCS, HFM, Blackline, or LMS**. * Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail * Intermediate English B1 or higher
