Intern for Juárez Plant 1
Active students (one year or more until graduation) majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Key duties and responsibilities
Participation in training needs assessment.
Creation, administration, and recordkeeping of in-person and electronic training sessions.
Coordination and participation in logistics for all aspects of in-person training processes.
Knowledge and skills
Intermediate English (preferred)
Basic knowledge of Google Tools
Organization
Strong time management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
