




Job Summary: We are seeking an On-Site Support Engineer (L1) to provide technical support to users, manage hardware/software incidents, and ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. On-Site Support Engineer (L1) Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua – Blvd. Juan Pablo II area What will you do? You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to users, ensuring the operational continuity of their tools and equipment. Handling hardware/software incidents and requests Support for PCs, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing rooms Ticket management and SLA compliance Basic Active Directory administration (user provisioning, deprovisioning, account unlocks) Support for O365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Documentation in ServiceNow Assistance with equipment inventory and asset tracking Coordination with vendors and warranty follow-up Preparation of RCA documentation (Root Cause Analysis) What we are looking for: +2 years of experience in on-site technical support Knowledge of SLAs and ticketing tools Experience with Active Directory English level A2 (reading and responding via chat/email) Degree in IT (completed or in progress) Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline Schedule: Fixed night shift Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM Availability for on-call duty We offer: Salary: $17,000 to $19,000 gross Transportation/fuel allowance: $3,000 monthly Additional bonus: $3,000 Job stability and experience in a global corporate environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
