On-site Support Engineer (L1) Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua – Blvd. Juan Pablo II Area What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to users, ensuring the operational continuity of their tools and equipment. Incident and hardware/software request handling Support for PCs, laptops, printers, and videoconferencing rooms Ticket management and SLA compliance Basic Active Directory administration (user creation, deactivation, account unlocking) Support for O365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) Documentation in ServiceNow Assistance with equipment inventory and asset control Coordination with vendors and warranty tracking Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation What We’re Looking For: +2 years of experience in on-site technical support Knowledge of SLAs and ticketing tools Experience with Active Directory English A2 level (reading and responding via chat/email) IT-related degree (completed or in progress) Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline Schedule: Fixed night shift Monday to Friday, 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM Availability for on-call duties We Offer: Salary: $17,000 to $19,000 gross Transportation/gas allowance: $3,000 monthly Additional bonus: $3,000 Stability and experience in a global corporate environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
