The Waiter/Setup Staff is responsible for preparing, setting up, and maintaining the hotel’s function areas in optimal condition. They support the sales team during services and ensure that setup, cleaning, and presentation meet the hotel’s quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Set up tables, service stations, and function rooms according to established standards (table linens, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, etc.). * Prepare the function room prior to service: cleaning, arranging furniture, setting tables, and preparing coffee breaks. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area and assigned equipment. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, banquets, meetings, and special services. * Inspect all equipment to ensure it is in good condition and report any damages or shortages. * Comply with the hotel’s hygiene, safety, and quality protocols. **Requirements:** * Customer service orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, and proactivity.
