Job Description We are seeking an IT Support Engineer responsible for ensuring continuous operation of the company's technological infrastructure, providing specialized technical support to internal users, managing servers and databases, and automating processes through scripting. Technical Responsibilities * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Server administration and monitoring (backups, storage, and network). * Backup and information recovery management. * Database administration and maintenance. * Development and maintenance of Python scripts and SQL queries. * Generation of operational reports using SQL. * Installation and configuration of operating and specialized software. * Support ticket management and tracking. * Coordination with vendors for production system support. * On-site and remote technical support to users. Essential Technical Requirements * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–3 years of verifiable experience in: * Corporate technical support * Server administration * SQL databases * Data backup and recovery Knowledge of: * SQL queries (intermediate–advanced level) * Python (basic/intermediate automation) * Networking (TCP/IP, basic configuration) * Windows Server operating systems * Experience with ticketing systems. Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of cybersecurity. * Experience in logistics or customs-related companies. * Documentation of technical processes and procedures.
