Prior experience in **technical support and telephone assistance** Advanced English skills; **interaction is with customers in the U.S. and Canada** Knowledge of technical support, customer service, **printers and multifunction devices.** Job Responsibilities: Provide telephone-based technical support in English for industrial printing equipment from well-known brands. Resolve hardware and software technical issues; specialized training will be provided. Handle user requests and inquiries. Maintain records of reported incidents.
