Description
**Schedule:** 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Responsible for the supervision, accompaniment, and comprehensive support of students during afternoon care services, fostering a safe, organized, and enriching environment, as well as effective communication with families and staff under supervision.
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field.
* Proof of studies is mandatory.
**Requirements and competencies:**
* Experience supervising and coordinating staff.
* Experience planning, organizing, and implementing playful, recreational, and developmental activities for students within afternoon care services, for students from preschool through secondary school.
* Knowledge of and ability to manage daily routines, hygiene habits, rest periods, and integration activities in afternoon care settings.
* Experience in logistics, monitoring, and supervision of extracurricular activities conducted during the school’s afternoon services.
* Supervision, accompaniment, and care of students during meal times, promoting healthy habits and a safe environment.
* Ability to ensure student well-being, safety, and positive coexistence during their time in afternoon care.
* Skill in effective communication and engagement with parents, providing timely follow-up on matters concerning students.
* Experience supporting students with barriers to learning and participation.
* Knowledge of and ability to apply positive psychology strategies and socioemotional development approaches.
* Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment.
* Solid foundation in values and professional ethics.
* Proactive attitude, with capacity to resolve situations and make decisions.
* Excellent service orientation, leadership, and willingness to work collaboratively
