It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== O3\-14197 **Key Responsibilities:** * Assemble the process challenge device as specified in validation protocols. * Load biological indicators according to validation protocol instructions. * Coordinate validation testing as required (BI or product). * Support testing related to project tasks, such as coordinating load processing. * Promote a safe work environment. Provide recommendations to maintain safety in the work area. Follow safety procedures. Participate in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs. Initiate corrective actions when risks are identified. * Report hazardous conditions in the laboratory or unsafe work practices to the supervisor. * Participate in tasks related to continuous improvement projects as required. **Requirements:** * Completed technical degree and/or high school diploma. * Minimum one year of experience in ethylene oxide sterilization (preferred). * Minimum one year of experience in ethylene oxide sterilization validation. * Work experience compliant with ISO 13485 standard (preferred). **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
