




Ensure the control, maintenance, timely updating, and proper distribution of all documentation, guaranteeing traceability and availability of documents both physically and electronically in compliance with regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and control documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, forms, policies, etc.). * Ensure documentation is properly identified, updated, reviewed, and approved. * Maintain physical and/or digital archives of current and obsolete documentation according to established procedures. * Control document distribution, ensuring staff only has access to current versions. * Translate documentation. * Coordinate the review and approval of new documents or changes to existing ones. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation. * Train personnel on document handling topics, including versions and formats. * Monitor document validity periods and scheduled reviews. * Participate in continuous improvement of the document management system. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in similar roles within the manufacturing industry. * Bilingual Spanish/English * Organized and detail-oriented * Effective communication skills * Follow-up and control skills * Teamwork Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Questions: * What is your level of English? * What is your salary expectation?
