Design, implement and operate functions related to the IT area and its infrastructure. Provide technical support and guidance to users on-site and remotely at multiple sites. Provide technical support and guidance to users. Attend work meetings related to job responsibilities. General monitoring of the company's computer systems. Installation, configuration, support and maintenance of computer equipment. Installation, configuration, support and maintenance of applications. Document, evaluate and improve computer system processes. Knowledge and use of ticket management systems. **This position is for the Third Shift** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering (preferred). * 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Availability to work Third Shift, with possibility to cover other shifts if necessary Schedule: 12:30 am to 6:30 am, Tuesday to Friday Saturdays 12:30 am to 9:30 am * English proficiency at 80% level (written and spoken), desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proactive, team-oriented. * Customer-focused. * Capable of working in a dynamic environment with constant change.
