Implement and follow safety procedures. **PROPAC WOOD SOLUTIONS**, a leading company in the manufacturing and sale of decking, is seeking: **QUALITY INSPECTOR** **Job Objective:** Manage quality for products during cutting, production, and shipping. Ensure and monitor required government permits for the company. Monitor all matters related to plant safety. Monitor and/or prepare required government permits for the company. **Job Responsibilities:** 1\. Timely release of the first piece to ensure production meets specifications. 2\. Release the first piece and production according to established official documentation (drawing, visual aid, packaging requirements, product requirements). 3\. Notify direct supervisor of any nonconformities identified in the process or product. 4\. Prepare rejection reports when finished products or processes are nonconforming. 5\. Perform special product tests: moisture. 6\. Accurately complete any assigned report. 7\. Ensure nonconforming material is properly identified and segregated. 8\. Carry out and implement assigned tasks. 9\. Provide support across all areas as required. 10\. Comply with implementation of any procedure or instruction applicable to the job. 11\. Use assigned personal protective equipment and follow all indicated safety rules. 12\. Ensure implementation of 6S in the work area. 13\. Use assigned measuring equipment for the area and report any anomalies or lack of calibration. 14\. Inspect raw materials to verify conformity against specifications and ensure documented evidence is preserved. Inspect purchased materials according to established procedures and criteria.
