Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in vertical machining centers, programming, tool setup, interpretation of engineering drawings, and use of measuring instruments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of vertical machining centers and Fanuc control panels 2. CNC programming (G/M code, offsets, compensations) 3. Tool setup, reading of engineering drawings, and use of measuring instruments ***CNC Machine Operation*** Operation of vertical machining centers. Machine startup, homing, and program loading. Use of Fanuc control panel. ***CNC Programming*** Reading and editing of G-code and M-code. Simple program adjustments. Correction of offsets and compensations. Setup (machine preparation) ***Tool Setup*** Setting tool and workpiece offsets. Installation and alignment of fixtures or clamps. ***Engineering Drawing Interpretation*** Reading of mechanical drawings. Application of tolerances and dimensions. ***Measuring Instruments*** Vernier caliper. Micrometer. Comparator. ***Materials and Tools*** Basic knowledge of cutting tools.
