Promote continuous improvement and process standardization **CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA** **Project Architect Manager** **Serial Housing** **Job Responsibilities** * Lead **serial housing** projects from conceptualization to final delivery using technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, Project, SketchUp, among others. * Coordinate activities of personnel under supervision. * Control budgets, schedules, and quality using the Enkontrol ERP system and PMI management tools. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants. * Present executive progress reports to the General Management and the Board. * Supervise compliance with technical, environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements. * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Promote continuous improvement and process standardization. * Planning and scheduling: define timelines and coordinate human and material resources. * Scope and quality management: ensure the project meets agreed-upon standards. * Risk control: identify, assess, and mitigate potential issues or delays. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in Serial Housing Project Development. * Willingness to work in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. * Immediate availability. **Technical Knowledge** * Solid background in architecture or engineering: understanding of design, structures, installations, and regulations. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, Project, SketchUp, among others. * Knowledge of regulations and codes: building codes, accessibility, safety, sustainability, etc. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and budgets.
