**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Certified Public Accountant Experience with SAP CO Intermediate-to-advanced level of Excel and Office 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry Mid-to-advanced level English (written & spoken) Self-directed Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability **Responsibilities:** Review and analyze production costs in the system (materials, labor, indirect costs) Prepare and conduct comparative analyses of production cost statements Analyze sales and profitability variances Identify areas of opportunity in the production process Supervise and analyze inventories, conducting periodic physical counts to detect inconsistencies Reconcile inventory records with the system Develop scrap controls Calculate cost distribution by cost center, validating information against system records Analyze direct, indirect, and administrative costs Prepare management reports (as required) Support internal and external company audits Prepare detailed budgets including production, operational, and administrative costs Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $1.00 per hour Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site position
