Reviewing and correcting building cost estimates. **Requirements** * **Reside in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience in mass housing construction. * Experience in executing structural work (rough construction) and finishing works. * Experience in electrical installations. * Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD software. * Planning and management of concrete. * Supply and material control. * Preparation of construction progress reports. **Responsibilities** * Receive and verify that the subdivision layout drawings for house placement are accurate. * Coordinate, supervise, and ensure timely and proper implementation of on-site building construction programs for projects, preventing errors during construction. * Conduct daily site inspections of areas where corresponding construction processes for the subdivision (within or outside the subdivision) are underway to ensure proper execution. * Prepare and submit required reports upon request from the area coordinator. * Make necessary logbook entries to issue instructions and work requests to the contractor. * Prepare, review, and correct (if necessary) building cost estimates jointly with the contractor to proceed with payment processing. * Maintain cordial relations with various government entities related to building construction and additional works to meet departmental goals. * Support the coordinator during on-site meetings with appraisers, laboratory personnel, financial institution supervisors, INFONAVIT verifiers, and quality assurance representatives, as required. * Review construction notebooks provided by the Project Development Department for feedback and correction, if necessary. * Verify current regulatory compliance regarding safety, quality, environment, and labor standards.
